With a design background in Fashion and Interior Design, Stuart Balmer has 25 years experience of running his own business. His fashion label sold worldwide through wholesale accounts and had own-brand concession in High St Kensington and Carnaby St London where a selection of his clients included Victoria Beckham, Gerri Halliwell, Billie Piper, Olivia Williams, Amanda Holder and Cat Deeley. As well as being asked to provide outfits for film and TV shows and served specialist fashion boutiques such as Patricia Field in New York who is famous for styling Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, and the cast for The Devil Wears Prada.
Stuart now splits his time between being a freelance consultant to the fashion sector and working closely with LEP agency clients as a creative business adviser.
He helps client with building brand development through strategic planning and communications, developing marketing ideas, financial control and planning, writing business and financial plans, problem solving, planning for growth, and developing sales strategies for products and services (taking products to market)
