He helps Start-Ups, SMEs and Not-for-Profits connect with, inspire and convert their audiences, translating their big ideas into USPs and coherent, compelling narratives. Essential when launching new products or services, pivoting or restructuring, Steve specialises in value proposition, pitch and presentation design, adopting a Customer Experience (UX) Design approach to accelerate the brand communication process.
As well as mentoring and running webinars, Steve is involved in a number of Purpose led communities including Business of Purpose, the Blueprint for better business and is currently applying for B-Corp certification. With 30 years in company management, user experience design, business development, proposal writing and research – clientside and agency – he’s worked with a vast array of organisations in the 3rd sector, B2B, education, media, food & nutrition, global fmcg and luxury brands, retail… These include BBC, Channel 4, Macmillan, East African Playgrounds, Migrateful, Scholio, the Royal Society, Said Business School, Speedo, Elemis, New Look…
