Ruth Sacks is the founder of, Boardroom Focus which offers bespoke executive development and leadership programmes.
Ruth advises start-ups, scale-ups as well as more established businesses. She creates and delivers bespoke initiatives to encourage leadership effectiveness. She supports and challenges individuals and teams to strengthen and enhance their skills and competences.
Ruth works mostly with women founders, encouraging them to stride forward, deal with any ‘imposter feelings’ and build their success.
She recently designed and delivered a women’s leadership programme and conference for Women in the north of England for the University of Northumbria and also created the very successful Women for the Board a senior leadership programme for Westminster Business School. She is the designer and programme director for Raising Roofs a leadership development programme for the housing sector.
Ruth has delivered a range of organisation development and change projects in the UK, Europe and the USA. She has also worked in Morocco, Lebanon, and Oman. Clients have included HSBC, Barclays, Swissport, the NHS, Cadbury Trebor Basset, and The United Nations. She lived and worked in Paris for 14 years and speaks fluent French.

When not working, she spends time planning future holidays, communicating with friends & family, reading, and tries but fails to stay away from email.
