Nzilani is passionate about supporting social enterprises on their growth journey. Prior to moving to the UK for her masters in 2018, she worked as a business analyst at Transformational Business Network (TBN), an accelerator based in Nairobi, where she worked with businesses to become investor ready, including assisting with pitch decks and pitch practice. She also has experience in creating and reengineering business processes to increase efficiency, having done the same at TBN in its early stages as well as with IBM Research Africa where she helped redesign key government processes. She is keen to work with startups looking to grow, with areas of interest being user research, product design, business model refinement and pitch deck review. She has a master’s in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from The London School of Economics (LSE) and a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science.
