Kimberley is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with over 12 years’ HR experience across a wide range of sectors and well-known organisations, spanning from media to social housing.
She works with her clients to go beyond the HR essentials, to provide strategic solutions to develop people capability, staff engagement and maximise business productivity. Kimberley is experienced in HR project management, operational and strategic HR. She loves working on Reward Strategies, Staff Engagement Surveys, HR Workshops and Succession Plans.
Kimberley is a certified Psychometric Assessor with a strong interest in psychology, and a belief that attracting and retaining the right staff is fundamental to a business’s success. She has attended further courses in Workplace Mediation and Career Coaching.
