Karen works with social entrepreneurs to grow and scale businesses to change the world. She has worked with more than 1,000 organisations and teams since 2020. She is a Churchill Enterprise Fellow for 2018 with her focus on “Building 100 years of Impact” (report out soon).
An experienced professional consultant, Karen enjoys working with mission led businesses to be sustainable especially using innovative methods of growth, franchising/replication and buying profitable private businesses as well as investment readiness support. As a member of the faculty at Cambridge Judge Business School Centre for Social Innovation she supports social ventures through the Social Venture Weekend and their Social Venture Incubator. She also works directly with organisations and through a number of organisations like UnLtd, Inspiring Scotland, Institute for Social Entrepreneurs and Big Potential.
