I am a highly skilled project manager with 15 years EA experience at c-suite level in both corporate and start up environments and over 5 years’ event management experience. Currently the Events Producer at Plexal, I curate and deliver the annual programme of thought leadership events with a current focus on cybersecurity and diversity.
I produced and delivered the pilot accelerator programme Plexiglass,for female founders in tech, which included writing the programme, securing speakers and creating the mentor / mentee matching process and application process. Following the success of the pilot, the programme will now run annually. At Timberland, as well as EA to the VP, I led CSR activity for the London office, delivering community projects for a team of 70 and managed a team of 15.
As part of the marketing team at Levi’s, I ran 150 – 500-person multi stream conferences on a quarterly basis, leading a team of 15-20. My background in psychology has enabled me to manage big personalities, challenging situations and think outside the box when working with senior leaders as their EA and also when leading teams.
