Rebecca Hill is a change leader, experienced facilitator, presenter, panellist & accredited coach & mentor.

Rebecca has a background working for major global professional and financial services businesses as a director specialising in change management leading global change programmes, marketing and business development strategy with well honed coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.

After 25 years in the City, she has made the move into the entrepreneurial space. She is currently collaborating with a number of start ups (especially in the femtech space) providing mentoring and consulting services. In particular, she is working with entrepreneurs and SMEs to help them build and grow their businesses. She is also responsible for HaslerHillConsulting’s day to day business operations.

Rebecca is also a serial non-executive, trustee and school governor and has a strong interest in the economic empowerment of women having formerly co-led EY’s global Women. Fast forward programme. Currently, she is part of a group of senior women developing the economic blueprint for women and enterprise (entrepreneurship) for the UK and to this end participates in a cross party working group at the House of Commons on this issue and is also part of the UK delegation at this year’s Women20 – an official working group of the G20 driving the economic empowerment agenda.
